If you’re feeling unsure where to focus—or know something isn’t working but can’t quite name it—this is where we begin our work together.

This phase is designed to clearly identify the issue beneath the surface so we’re solving the right problem.

This may include:

 • a short intake or materials shared in advance
 • a focused session to identify priorities and friction points
 • clear insight into what matters most right now

You’ll leave with clarity, language, and direction—whether or not you choose to move into implementation.

This phase focuses on:
